White Mountain
Helping Hands
White Mountain Helping Hands was initiated after a pivotal incident where they supplied essential equipment for a rescue operation by the Vernon Fire Department. Driven by the necessity of equipping local heroes adequately, they broadened their mission to reinforce the community's infrastructure, successfully raising over $20,000 to support public services and educational projects. More than just a charity, White Mountain Helping Hands exemplifies the power of community cooperation, focusing on proactive assistance and tangible results.
We collaborated with White Mountain Helping Hands because they are an invaluable asset to the community. Their dedication to enhancing local services and resources aligns with our commitment to fostering a strong and supportive environment for everyone.
Equine WellBeing
Rescue
Equine WellBeing Rescue, founded by Christine Griffin, has evolved from adopting a single BLM mustang in 2006 to a robust organization dedicated to rescuing horses from abuse, neglect, and dire situations. Following the 2007 Witch Creek fire, they expanded their mission to save horses across breeds, aiding those affected by economic hardships and natural disasters. Now based in Snowflake, Arizona, on a 20-acre ranch, Equine WellBeing Rescue operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, achieving notable recognitions like GuideStar’s Platinum status and winning Best of the White Mountains for the best non-profit in 2023. Their work is grounded in professional veterinary standards and they actively seek community involvement to continue their mission of providing safe havens for equines.
We chose to collaborate with Equine WellBeing Rescue because their commitment to rescuing and rehabilitating horses resonates deeply with our core values. Animal welfare is a cause close to our heart, and partnering with an organization that makes such a meaningful impact in the lives of equines aligns perfectly with our desire to support initiatives that foster compassion and positive change in the community.
